Instructions
1: Start making your broth by adding chicken bones, salt, and white onion in a large pot. 2: Add 12 cups of water and bring to the stove on high heat. Once boiling, lower to simmer. 3: Simmer for 3 hours. 4: In the meantime, soak your dried vegetables in a large bowl with hot water for 1 hour. 5: After 1 hour, drain, and wash three times to remove all dirt and sand. 6: After the broth has been simmering for 3 hours, discard the bones and onion. 7: Add an additional 4 cups of water to the broth. 8: Season the broth with fish sauce, sugar, and MSG. 9: Add your rehydrated vegetables and allow to simmer for an hour. 10: Taste and adjust accordingly to your taste. 11: Serve with a side of rice.View original recipe
